[gradsusr] unable to get model output.

Hi grads users.  
I am running WRF 3.0 for 9km domain with fnl data. 
Model runs fine. and I am post processing the O/p using ARWpost and grads for viewing the o/p. 
But when I run Grads, I am unable to open the binary file. 
I changed OPTIONS as : template and byteswapped in the ctl file, But nothing is being plotted.
