[gradsusr] How to calculate "quartile" like value usinggradsscript?

Hi, Dave.

Thanks very much for showing me your code, It helps me learning GrADS
Script.

I had used python interface to grads to implement this, with a few lines of
python code,  very easy and straightforward.
