[gradsusr] Installing GrADS version 1.9

I had this bug also. Even when someone help me and install grads successfully (just whith a Box with RedHat linux) , the eof.gx script  executable doesn't work well, even with all the additional modifictons needed.

Dear GrADS Users

I have download version 1.9 and installed as indicated on Linux.
Putting the executable in the /usr/local/bin and the data files in /usr/local/lib/grads.

But GrADS is not running.
Can anyone assist.

By the way I do not see a 'grads' executable. I am seeing 'gradsc', 'gradsnc', and 

some others. I try to run both gradsc and gradsnc not luck.
