[gradsusr] pygrads error IPC extension not available

 I was asked to install both GrADS and PyGrADS for a user. After bring up PyGrADS, I tried executing some of the commands using the supplied data. Things were working until I got to:

ga-> sh


At that point I received the following error:

GrADSError: 'IPC extension not available - cannot import!'


So my question is, where do I find these extensions? Thanks.
