[gradsusr] Grads Unable to plot the data

Hi 
I have a strange problem which I am encountering every now and then. 
 
I have to plot WRF output using Grads. My model is run at 9km resolution. and this is what I get!!!!

But operational run is at 15km resol which is being run successfully and charts are uploaded everyday on website. 
Operational run and test run are in the same area, only resol and domain changes. 
 
Can somebody help me.
