[gradsusr] GRIB2 All Undefined Values

Thanks for the info, Jennifer. On the machine that is having errors I am
using GrADS from a yum install. However, I just put together a fresh Fedora
19 machine and tested it with the binary distribution from COLA and it
worked just fine.
I also compared the versions of g2clib on the machine that is giving
errors. On GrADS 2.0.1 g2clib is version is 1.2.2, and on GrADS 2.0.2
g2clib is version 1.4.0.
Thank you very much for looking into this, looks like I will now be able to
switch back to GrADS 2.0.2 using the binary distribution.
