[gradsusr] plot particles trajectories

Hi  Antonia

Please see the attached grads script file 'track_cyclone.gs'. This script
will read lat lon positions corresponding to a trajectory and plot the
same.
You can tweak this script to plot markers with color indicating time.

I don't know how to plot a colorbar indicating time scale in this case.
