[gradsusr] Error in links to ascii files for basemap.gs

Note I changed the subject to reflect the true content of this thread. 

I now realize what the problem is. The links to the ascii files in http://iges.org/grads/gadoc/basemap.html were all pointing to the same file (the lowres land polygons). I have updated the links, so please re-download all the ascii files and it should work properly.
