[gradsusr] How to open a bin file in GrADS?

Dear Jennifer and Jayakrishnan,

I sincerely thank you for your suggestions. I made a ctl file and then
produced the precipitation maps using TRMM binary datasets. The attached is
just as an example of TRMM accumulated precipitation in a daily-scale.
