[gradsusr] How to open a bin file in GrADS?

Hi,

I've downloaded TRMM hourly dataset, and gonna open it in GrADS. Since the
data format is in binary (bin), I can't open it! The data is:
3B42RT.2009033112.7R2

Would you please let me know how to open it in GrADS? How can I convert it
to a NetCDF (nc) format?
