[gradsusr] Combining GrADS plots with mercator projected OpenStreetMap maps?

Dear all,

at first thank you very much for this interesting and informative mailing
list. I could already solve several problems by searching and reading
through this list!
For my actual project, I want to combine GrADS plots of my model output data
with the common used Mercator projected OpenStreetMap maps or perhaps also
with the Mercator projected Bing/Google maps. My problem is that I can't get
GrADS to project the model data to the Mercator projection and therefore my
model data doesn't fit to my maps, which is really frustrating!
Therefore my question is, if anybody knows a solution how to configure GrADS
to work properly with my Mercator projected OpenStreetMap maps? Is there an
option to switch on Mercator projection in GrADS?
