[gradsusr] To Identify my grid

Dear all,
I have downloaded RCM data from RegCM4. When I open that file from RegCM4.
It shows that's

*LON set to 319.08 408.4*
*LAT set to -26.84  46.2*
*LEV set to 0 0*
*Time Values set : 1960:11:3:12 1960:11:3:12*


I have downloaded RCM data for South east Asia region which covers my study
area which lies in between 27°09’03” N to 28°06’24” N and 86°26’02”E
to 86°2’52”
E.  I found that RegCM4 have rotated latitude and longitude system. Now I
am wondering how can I located the grids for my study area.

Please provide me some guidance. I would be thankful to you all.
