[gradsusr] display one area with one word on map

Chinh,

I don't think there is such a command/function in Grads! If there is, at
least I don't know. But, in my opinion, you should see the contours' values
to find such a thing, and also shading would be a useful tool to find such
value, which would be an approximate value to some extent.

May be other users have better ideas...
