[gradsusr] Adjust the location of color ramp?

Hello Dana,

Use the following command to locate the color ramp where you want!  ‘run
cbarn 1 0.5 5.6 1.15 -fw 0.10 -fh 0.11 -ft 11 -edge triangle -dir v -fs 2
-line on’

You can change/adjust the numbers that colored in red. By the way, you also
need to have another file that this command to be worked properly!
Therefore, I enclosed the related file. Make sure that the attached file is
in your data directory of Grads program.
