[gradsusr] How to add some constant in nc file

Dear
Kishore
It is given in the use guide. The command is "addc" to add a constant value
to all fields. But for a particular region you have to make a new file
extracting that region. then use "addc" add that constant  you want. The
syntax is:

*cdo addc ,100 ifile ofile* to add 100 to all values of ifile and write
them in ofile.
