[gradsusr] Timeseries to Bar Chart

Hello everyone, 

How does one plot a timeseries into a bar chart. I have tried to look into the forum for answers, I cannot find anything. I only found a histogram script which doesn't seem to be doing this, maybe i am not doing it properly. Thanks in advance
