[gradsusr] land ocean mask

Hi,
I am trying to use basemap.gs for land/ocean masking. I tried to download
the required ascii files such as
ftp://grads.iges.org/grads/scripts/opoly_hires.asc. But I can't access
these files from this site. Can you please provide me link to these files?
