[gradsusr] time height croosection of thetae

You may select as:
'Set t 1 24' (if total time steps are 24)
'Set Lev 1000 100'
'Set lat xx.xx'
'Set lon yy.yy'
'd thetae'

This would generate cross section. Thetae should be available from all name
list. Otherwise u can calculate by putting formula.
