[gradsusr] EOF in GrADS

EOFGrADS in windows

i succcessfully install eofgrads but i can't do eof.i working on rh.nc
file.this is how i set my parameters;
sdfopen d:/data/rhdata/rh.nc
set lon 4 20
set lat -30 20
set  t  1
eof rh

i get ; fatal error:only one time step

pls any help?
