[gradsusr] eofgrads in windows

I been able to follow an online procedure to install eof in grads and have
verified that it works by entering q udft. But i can't do the analysis
since after entering my command i get error.can any one help me with the
steps to do eof analysis on netCDF files,if possible examples to follow or
is there any way out? pls help me
