[gradsusr] cannot generate .idx file from .grb2 file in grads under windows

Dear T.,
 
I've just downloaded CFSR monthly data for dec 2012 (http://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov/data/cfsr) and got both .ctl and .idx files. It's quite strange 
grads has no error responses. If necessary reboot grads and proceed the steps carefully.

Dear All,
 
I have downloaded CFSR file for my study in .grb2 format. I generated ctl file, but when I tried to generate .idx file, grads didn't do anything. No error and no .idx file. I used command of !gribmap -iv "file name".ctl, in grads under windows. Could you please lead me what should I do?
