[gradsusr] need information regarding grads operation

Not totally sure,but I think you need to define your variable before
ga> set sdfwrite output.nc
ga> sdfwrite tot_precip
also, make sure your variable name name is RF, initially I would suggest to
use the same or a very short one (like pr)
