[gradsusr] Display images of pgm format by GrADS

Dear all,
I've been struggling for displaying satellite images of pgm format with
GrADS for a while.
The related information that I got from "
http://www.tkikuchi.net/LIPS/GMS-GrADS/GMS-GrADS.html" doesn't work for me.
Could anyone give me a hand with this?
