[gradsusr] finding differences between two runs with ctl files having different number of variables

Dear Mr Panda,

It would be better if you send the script and maybe ctl files of both.
Usually this problem shouldnt come if the both files have same
dimensions...and I mean x and y dimensions. As it is not working for you.
Try the lterp command in grads.
