[gradsusr] plot shaded color only within the boundary of my country

two ways:
1:draw polyf *x1 y1 x2 y2 x3 y3 ... xn yn。x1 x2 ... is the *boundary out of
your country.
or
2:make a maskout grid file :in your country with 1 and out 0.
or
...use shapfile,printim -f.
