Dear Mr. Kishore,

Although I tried many times, I still do not solve the problem. I
want to ask you some questions. Thanks.

1)What is your operating system. Because mine is Win-64+Cygwin.

2)Is need to put the netcdf-4.2.1.1 into the CDO-1.5.9 directory?

          3) Sometimes, the configuration was OK and I found Checking for
netcdf support ....yes. And then input make and make install to finish the
installation. But the result was also not library support the NC file.

          Thank you very much!

         Regards,

Duan
