[gradsusr] problem in opening .ctl file

Hi T,

I dont see a problem with the generated ctl file if you want to display the
content of file using grads terminal you can invoke q file after you open
the file. Another is if you want to open for example tmpsfc, you should
follow the NAME of variable in your ctl file such as for surface
temperature you should use TMPsfc instead of tmpsfc.
