[gradsusr] plot missing data

GrADS will not draw anything when data are missing -- the areas where missing data are located will have the background color. For contouring around missing data, a border around the area of missing data that is one grid box wide will also not be drawn (because contouring routines need to know the gradient across a grid box). A better solution is to use 'set gxout grfill' so you can see clearly which grid boxes are defined and which are not. Many users often do a grfill plot, then overlay a shaded contour plot on top of that so you get the smoothness of the contours and the grfill underneath shows through only at the true edges of the valid data.
