[gradsusr] Skew-t

Dear all,
 
Could you please help me to run skew-t.gs for my work? In fact, I have downloaded skew-t.gs from grads applications, but I don't know how can I use it, and what kind of parameters I should set to run it.
 
I will be appreciated if there is anyone to lead me in this subject.
