I guess it is Arlindo who can best answer that question, because I think he is the one who has done the Windows builds for opengrads. We don't use or support Windows at COLA, and I have no expertise on that platform. He may want to wait to see if there are any bugs in 2.1.a1 before putting out a Windows build.
