[gradsusr] WAFS GRIB2: Cannot contour grid - all undefined values

Matt,

I couldn't get the g2ctl/gribmap combo to work either. When I did a
"gribmap -v -i junk.ctl",
most of the fields didn't match. Not sure why. It may be a version
issue as I am only
using GrADS  v 2.0.1.

I was able to get the plots to work with the alt_g2ctl/alt_gmb
combination.

  152 alt_g2ctl WAFS_blended_2013121212f06.grib2 >junk.ctl
  153 vi junk.ctl
  154 alt_gmp -i junk.ctl

Line 152 made a ctl file with too long variable names. I had to change the
variables
names to something shorter. Changed "dspatial" to "s".

The status of g2ctl and alt_g2ctl is

g2ctl/gribmap: stable, handles ensemble dimension and files > 2GB
          Can create ctl/idx files that alt_g2ctl/alt_gmp can't.

alt_g2ctl/alt_gmp: late beta, no ensemble dimension, files < 2GB,
faster for large templated data sets, Can create ctl/idx files
that
           g2ctl/gribmap can't. g2ctl v1.0 is getting closer to release.
