[gradsusr] NCEP NOMADS/ftpprd Down

At ~1645Z NCEP suffered a major power outage to our building. This has
affected all servers. We are working as quickly as possible to restore
power. But all sites are inaccessible at this time. The
tgftp.nws.noaa.govserver is not affected.
