[gradsusr] Problem in GrADSNcPlot program

Hi,

Dear grads user 

I generated some input and out file using RegCM4. 

I have a problem to use GrADSNPlot program to look at the file contents. When I use command

./bin/GrADSNcPlot input/test_001_SST.nc        

it give the following error

 No such file or directory                                                      
  
 GrADSNcPlot.F90 :      101:Error Open file input/test_001_ICBC.1990090100.nc: 
           2
abort: 

Can anyone please assist me,???
