[gradsusr] reg: how to download soil moistre data from GDS Server

hi,

i saw the link already, but how to extract the data in .nc format or any
using grads.
can you sent me some example, because i tried url link, but it is showing
gaopnc failed.

i am using grads-2.0-a7 in windows xp
