[gradsusr] Gridpoint correlation with unequal timeseries

Dear gradsusers
i am doing a gridpoint correlation of two files ie  sst.nc and rh.ctl
but i get errors when i do the analysis the reason being that the two
data has unequal
time series Tsize=1 for sst and Tsize =12 for rh. But i want to use
only the second time series for RH.What should i do to  have equal
time series for the data.thank you.
