[gradsusr] How to draw state boundary in a country?

Jeff,
Thank you for your suggestion. I have used this function, but
it doesn't work! - as you said, it's because of the lack of Iranian state
boundaries.
Do you know any website(s), where I can get such shapefile for Iranian
state boundaries?
