[gradsusr] Error while plotting the data

Hi 
I am using ARWpost as the post processor for WRF O/P. 
I am able to run ARWpost successfully. I have got dat and ctl files.
while plotting................ this is the error

The binary file is not OPENED.  
2. I then edited the ctl file by adding the OPTIONS TEMPLATE.  ga-> reinit
No hardcopy metafile open
All files closed; all defined objects released
All GrADS attributes have been reinitialized
