[gradsusr] metex surface winds

Hello,
                   I want to plot the seasonal average surface winds from
metex data in a contour with vector plot. I want to plot for 4 -5 years
like
Dec Jan Feb-- From year 2008-2012
MAM--From year 2008-2012
JJA--From year 2008-2012
SON--From year 2008-2012

all four plots in a single page.

can someone share
