[gradsusr] how to get average of a country

Dear Dr. Wang,

Thank you for the info ...  I have gone through some googling but,I can't
understand how to do it. Could you please refer some material or give some
example code.

For example I want everage of a variable in Kenyan region, which is inside
34, 42, -5, 5
