[gradsusr] Organizing many GrADS scripts running on a regular basis

I have a master script which is give the model date and then that script
Calls each script and supplies the model date to each script as an argument.

This works well with data via DODS.

Ie/ script gets date & hour argument from the master script

Which it in turns passes to the subscripts

'run 24h_prec.gs 'date%' 'hour%' 'valid
Etc ... 

Works well
