[gradsusr] Creating a netcdf with a mercator projection, or a reflectivity grib2 file

Thank you, you are a life saver.

Summary:
My problem was that I used *g2grb.gs* to create a *grib2 output* file using
grads.  My variable is *reflectivity* and I needed to find a suitable *grib
name* for the reflectivity.  The names are listed below.
