[gradsusr] Open Error : Can't open description file

Dear Sirs,
Thanks a lot. I moved the ctl file and data file to a sub directory.
And I could open the ctl file as I specified the full path. It seems
to me that if the ctl file is in the same directory as GRAD exe files,
my problem happens.
 Now I can open also GsMAP rainfall .
