[gradsusr] Random number generator?

Hello,

I searched the User archive and Documentation Index, but could not find the
answer to my question:  Does GrADS have a function or extension to easily
generate a random number, or can anyone share a script that would generate
it?

I'm using version 2.0.1.oga.1 on a Windows 7.
