[gradsusr] Run GRDAS in windows 7 (hersala)

Dear Venkat,

Why don't you try to connect your laptop using other types of Internet
connection, e.g. WiFi. If it works, then the connection through the docking
port would be the problem.
For my case, I use either WiFi, or direct LAN and it's fine. If I have no
Internet connection, I get this GXSTRT error message.
