[gradsusr] undef bug in grads2!

Jennifer,

Thanks for the email and the wonderful explanation.
Wesley also dropped by and mentioned about the new
set/query undef feature in grads2. Reg. your sep.
email about the build for test version 2.0.1.p5, which incorporates
lterp (great!) I will talk to Don Garrett so some of us will
start testing it out.  So,all issues I raised are pretty much
taken care of.

There was one other thing, I forgot to mention earlier.
ie. in grads2 the lack of -u option (or the not working of it) as
we update the index file. This is particularly useful as we
update the existing long/big index file (starting from say 1948) when
we just add one current month in operations. I hope
I have made it clear.
