[gradsusr] Question on WINDGRAM

I am working with windows and have the latest version of Grads.
Does anyone know what command to do a graph Wind?.
I mean with the command set gxout barb, make a graph from level 1000 to
level 100.
Does anyone know how to do it and which Command should I use ?.
