[gradsusr] writing csv to binary file in linux

hi i am facing a problem while converting a csv file of 1872 entries to a
binary file through a code. i get this error everytime that "File size
limit exceeded" i tried to reduce the number of entries but it's not
working. any idea how to resolve it?
