[gradsusr] info on the txt file needed in shp_demo1.gs

Dear GrADS users,

i do not understand quite a lot about shape files, thus I have a question
concerning on the file of the type drd964x.<index>.txt  mentioned and
needed in the script shp_demo1.gs....

Generally to plot a value for each sub-area contained in the shape file, in
the case the original data resolution is greater/better than the sub-area
size, GISs make *an average* of all the points inside it. I wonder if
there's a way grads can do the same.
