Try creating a shortcut to the Grads executable.
For ver 2.0.a9 it was buried in:
c:\Program Files\opengrads\Contents\Cygwin\Versions\2.0.a9.oga.1\i686\grads.exe
Double click the shortcut and Grads will launch and stay visible with the graphics window. This is a much better way to learn the basics and debug problems. Then use batch mode after you get the basics sorted out.
Thanks,
Mark

Hello
I've just started working with GrADS. At the beggining, I was unable to even start running the program, but I solved this when i used de command grads -b to start in batch mode and then being able to use the other commands. But now, I'm unable to show the graphic window, which is precisely the window I need to work with. I understand that I'm unable to see this window because I'm working at batch mode, but if I don't start at batch mode I'm unable to do anything, for the program stops running and closes immediately. I hope you can help me with this trouble...
I'm working with the v2.0.1
Kind regards
