[gradsusr] Error plotting full 120 hour GFS forecast, stops working after t30

There was a big change to the GFS cycle on Monday or Tuesday this week.  It
caused a change in the components of the GFS GRIB2 files.  Not exactly sure
how to fix it, but someone on this forum probably will know.
